Our Services

Fairways & Dreams provides custom golf travel planning and coordination services. Services may include destination research, itinerary planning, lodging coordination, golf arrangements, transportation recommendations, and other travel-related assistance agreed upon with the client.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve travel, or guarantee availability. Before paid planning or coordination services begin, we will communicate the applicable scope, fees, and relevant terms.

Planning & Coordination Fees

Fairways & Dreams may charge planning, coordination, consultation, or other service fees depending on the scope and complexity of a trip. Applicable fees will be disclosed before you commit to the service.

Our service fees are separate from amounts charged by hotels, golf courses, transportation providers, tour operators, and other travel suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Changes to the agreed scope of a trip may require additional fees. Any additional fees charged directly by Fairways & Dreams will be communicated before the related work proceeds.

Cancellation and refund terms for Fairways & Dreams service fees will be provided with the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Supplier deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable supplier's terms.

Travel Planning & Bookings

Fairways & Dreams helps clients plan and coordinate travel provided by independent hotels, resorts, golf courses, transportation companies, tour operators, and other suppliers. These suppliers are independent businesses and are responsible for delivering their respective services.

Travel prices, tee times, accommodations, transportation, and other availability may change until reservations are confirmed under the relevant supplier's requirements. A proposal, itinerary, recommendation, or payment of a Fairways & Dreams planning or coordination fee does not, by itself, secure any travel reservation.

Deposits, final payments, cancellations, changes, refunds, course access, and weather-related arrangements are subject to the terms of the applicable supplier and applicable law. Additional host agency terms may apply to reservations made through our host agency.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing confirmations, providing accurate traveler information, meeting payment deadlines, and notifying us promptly of errors or requested changes.

Golf Courses & Tee Times

Golf course access and tee times are subject to course policies, availability, booking windows, maintenance schedules, weather, and other conditions outside the control of Fairways & Dreams. Inclusion of a course in a proposed itinerary does not guarantee access or a particular tee time unless the reservation has been confirmed.

Golf courses may impose their own requirements regarding cancellations, dress codes, pace of play, walking or cart policies, handicaps, caddies, age restrictions, course closures, and other conditions. Travelers are responsible for complying with applicable course policies.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, contact information, and other information necessary to arrange travel. Travelers are also responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations and notifying us promptly of any errors.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required passports, visas, identification, permits, vaccinations, or other travel documentation and for complying with applicable entry and travel requirements.

Travelers are responsible for arriving on time for flights, transportation, tee times, and other scheduled activities.

Travel Insurance

Travel involves financial commitments and circumstances that may be outside your control. We recommend considering appropriate travel insurance for your trip.

Insurance policies vary significantly in their coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and claim procedures. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any insurance policy they purchase.

Third-Party Suppliers

Hotels, resorts, golf courses, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, and other travel providers operate independently from Fairways & Dreams. Their services are governed by their own terms, policies, and conditions.

Fairways & Dreams may receive commissions or other compensation from certain travel suppliers in connection with bookings. Any planning or coordination fees payable directly to Fairways & Dreams will be disclosed separately.

Third-Party Links & Recommendations

This website may contain links to third-party websites or references to golf courses, hotels, resorts, destinations, transportation providers, and other businesses. These references are provided for informational purposes and convenience.

We do not control third-party websites, their content, availability, security, pricing, or practices. Your use of third-party websites and services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Website text, branding, graphics, photographs owned by Fairways & Dreams, and other original materials are owned by Fairways & Dreams or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially use these materials without permission, except as permitted by law.

Limitations of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Fairways & Dreams is not responsible for acts, omissions, failures, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or other issues caused by independent travel suppliers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include airline disruptions, hotel or golf course closures, transportation issues, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disruptions, supplier insolvency, changes in course conditions, and similar events.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws, or excuses our obligations under an applicable agreement.

Events Outside Our Control

Events such as severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, public emergencies, course closures, and widespread service interruptions may delay, alter, or prevent portions of a trip.

If a trip is affected, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with available alternatives or changes. Refunds, credits, rebooking options, and additional costs remain subject to the policies of the applicable suppliers and the terms governing your booking.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through this website are described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms apply to website use from the date they are posted. Changes will not retroactively alter an existing agreement or confirmed booking except where required by law or agreed by the parties.
