I’m Matt, founder of Fairways & Dreams. I’ve spent more than 14 years helping travel brands and destinations figure out what people want, what gets their attention, and what gives them a reason to go. I’ve also spent 30 years playing this cruel and unusual game and more than a decade finding excuses to travel for it.
Fairways & Dreams brings those two worlds together.
I work with golf destinations to better understand the golfer, sharpen how they tell their story, and give people a reason to make the trip. I also plan golf trips myself, which gives me a firsthand look at what golfers care about, what gets in the way, and what makes a trip worth coming back for.
Over the years, I’ve learned that great golf only gets you so far. The best trips get the details right too: where you stay, how the days flow, who you’re with, and whether you leave wanting to do it all over again.
