Our Services

Fairways & Dreams offers destination marketing, marketing consulting, and custom golf travel planning and coordination.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve services. Before an engagement begins, we will agree on the scope of work, fees, payment terms, and other relevant conditions in writing.

Fees & Payments

Fees and payment schedules are specified in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Third-party expenses, including advertising spend, software, travel reservations, and outside production costs, are included only when expressly stated.

Changes to the agreed scope may require additional fees and an updated timeline. Any additional charges require your approval before the related work proceeds.

Cancellation, refund, and termination terms are set out in the agreement applicable to your engagement. Nothing on this page creates a blanket nonrefundable payment policy.

Marketing Services

Marketing services may include strategy, campaign planning, paid media management, audience analysis, CRM strategy, and ongoing consulting.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, search rankings, advertising performance, or other business outcomes. Results depend on factors including budget, market conditions, your offer, website performance, and third-party platforms.

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information, obtaining rights to materials they provide, and reviewing claims, offers, and content submitted for approval. Clients must provide the access, feedback, and approvals needed to complete the agreed work. Delays in these items may affect delivery dates.

Advertising platforms and other technology providers operate under their own terms and policies. Their approval decisions, outages, account restrictions, and product changes may affect campaigns or services.

Travel Planning & Bookings

We help clients plan and coordinate travel provided by independent hotels, golf courses, transportation companies, and other suppliers. Those suppliers are responsible for delivering their services.

Travel prices and availability may change until reservations are confirmed under the relevant supplier’s requirements. A proposal or payment of a coordination fee does not, by itself, secure accommodations, tee times, or other reservations.

Deposits, cancellations, changes, refunds, course access, and weather-related arrangements are subject to the applicable booking terms and law. Additional host agency terms may apply to reservations made through our host agency.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing confirmations, providing accurate information, meeting payment deadlines, and obtaining required travel documents. We recommend considering travel insurance and reviewing its coverage and exclusions before purchase.

Client Materials & Confidentiality

You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. You grant us permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services and confirm that you have the rights required for that use.

Each party will protect nonpublic business information received during an engagement and use it only for the engagement. Information may be shared with providers who need it to perform the services or where disclosure is required by law. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained elsewhere.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, and other original materials belong to Fairways & Dreams or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish these materials without permission, except as permitted by law.

Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables will be specified in the applicable service agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ licenses. Our preexisting methods, templates, and tools remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Links & Recommendations

This website may link to third-party websites or reference outside businesses and services. We do not control their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Fairways & Dreams may receive commissions from certain travel bookings. Any fees payable directly to us will be disclosed before you commit to the service.

Limitations of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by independent suppliers, third-party platform decisions, inaccurate information provided by clients, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws, or excuses our obligations under an applicable service agreement.

Events Outside Our Control

Events such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, and widespread service interruptions may delay or prevent performance. If an engagement is affected, we will communicate the impact and discuss available next steps. Payment and refund obligations remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through this website are described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms apply to website use from the date they are posted. Changes will not retroactively alter an existing client agreement without the agreement of the parties.
