Sea Island Sample Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Warm-Up Round

Arrive on the Georgia coast and check in to The Lodge or The Cloister. Get settled, stretch the legs, and start your trip with a warm-up round at Retreat Course — a relaxed layout that helps ease you into Sea Island’s style.

After the round, enjoy cocktails on the lawn or a laid-back dinner on property. If the bagpiper is playing at The Lodge, stay for the view.

Day 2: Seaside Championship Round

Tee off at the famed Seaside Course, a PGA Tour venue with views of the Atlantic and a tournament-level feel from start to finish.

Take a caddie, embrace the ocean breeze, and soak in one of the South’s most iconic rounds.

Afterward, grab lunch overlooking the marsh and spend the afternoon how you like — spa time, beach lounging, or a slow cruise around the property.

Wrap up the day with a fine dinner at Colt & Alison or something casual back at The Cloister.

Day 3: Plantation and Bonus Golf

Start your day on the recently redesigned Plantation Course, offering wide fairways, bold bunkers, and plenty of character.

After lunch, you’ve got the option to replay your favorite course or squeeze in nine before sunset. Or skip the clubs entirely and opt for a massage, beach walk, or poolside cocktail.

End your final night with a celebratory dinner and one last round of laughs (or wagers).

Day 4: Departure Day

Check out after breakfast. If time allows, sneak in a putting contest, range session, or walk along the ocean before heading home.
